You've done the research. You understand the treatment. You know it works for the right person with the right practitioner.
But there's a specific feeling that sits between knowing and booking.
You've watched the before/afters. Read the forums. You know about brow shock. You've accepted, more or less, that the dark phase is normal and temporary.
And still — something holds you back.
That something isn't doubt about the treatment. It's doubt about whether you can find the right person. Whether this will be right for your skin. Whether the shape will suit your face. Whether you're finally ready to make the decision instead of just researching it.
“Worth every penny” results start with a technician who listens, a finish that suits your face, and an appointment that feels reassuring from the moment you walk in.
The treatment itself is straightforward. The healing process is predictable. The longevity is reliable. What isn't predictable — and what makes the difference between a result you love and a result you regret — is whether the technique, the shape, the shade, and the practitioner are right for your specific face.
Oily skin holds pigment differently to dry skin. Mature skin behaves differently to younger skin. Sparse brows from over-plucking need a different approach than naturally thin brows. Asymmetry needs to be mapped before a single dot of pigment is placed.
None of this is complicated if you're in the hands of someone who knows what they're doing. And all of it is the difference between "best thing I've ever had done" and "I don't think it was worth the money."
The consultation exists to close that gap before you're in the chair.
But there's information a web page cannot give you:
That information comes from 20 minutes in the room with someone who has been doing this for a decade.
The free consultation fills the gap that no amount of online research can bridge.
You come in. We look at your brows in person — the density, the shape, the natural arch, the gaps. We ask you what you're looking for. We show you examples of healed results on similar skin types and brow conditions.
Then you decide. No pressure either way.
Starlash have been doing semi-permanent brow work since 2015. She is Guild-accredited and holds a teaching qualification — Leanne trains other practitioners how to do this professionally. That's not a marketing line. It's the standard the training is built around.
Starlash offers the full range of semi-permanent brow options:
Powder Brows (£300) — the softest, most natural shading technique; best for most skin types
Combination Brows (£250) — powder shading plus hair strokes for a more textured finish
Hair Stroke Brows (£250) — fine, realistic hairstrokes; best for normal to dry skin
Colour Top-up (£150) — 12–18 months after your initial treatment
The consultation helps us understand which is right for you. Not for the trend. For your face.
If you decide to go ahead, we'll agree your shape and shade before anything starts — and nothing is applied until you are satisfied with what you see on the mapping.
“Worth every penny” results start with a technician who listens, a finish that suits your face, and an appointment that feels reassuring from the moment you walk in.
If you decide to go ahead, a patch test is required at least 24 hours before your first appointment. We'll arrange that as part of the next steps.
The Powder Brows treatment is £300 and takes approximately 3 hours 30 minutes.
If needed, the Colour Top-up at 12–18 months is £150.
You've done the research. Now get the one piece of information that closes the gap — a conversation with someone who does this every day.
20 minutes. No obligation. No deposit. Just clarity.
You'll know. And knowing is better than another year of almost-but-not-quite.
Bring your questions. The more specific, the better. That's what the consultation is for.
