Refund & cancellation policy

The short version

The £129 Conversion Blueprint is non-refundable — the AI processing credits behind it are spent the moment you order. You still get a round of revisions, and if I ever fail to deliver at all, you get every penny back. Package deposits are non-refundable, and hosting runs a 12-month minimum with a sliding cancellation fee that reaches zero at month 12.

Who this applies to

My services are supplied to businesses only. That means the consumer cancellation rights in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — the 14-day cooling-off period — don’t apply here. What does apply is this policy and the terms, which together set out a position I think is fairer than most anyway.

It’s free. There’s nothing to refund and nothing to cancel — close the tab any time.

The Conversion Blueprint — £129

No refunds once purchased. The moment your order lands, the research engine starts and the AI processing credits behind it are spent — whether or not you use the result. That cost can’t be recovered, so the £129 can’t be either. It works the way AI services everywhere do: a run that’s been run is paid for.

What you do get: one round of revisions is included — tell me what’s wrong and I’ll rewrite it.

If I fail to deliver: that’s different. If no Blueprint arrives, you get a full refund. My failure never costs you money.

Build & hosting packages

The upfront payment on a package is a non-refundable deposit. It reserves the build slot and funds the research and build phase, and it isn’t returned once paid.

Hosting is ongoing — it doesn’t expire — with a 12-month minimum commitment from your start date. Cancelling early carries a fee on the outstanding balance (the hosting fees remaining to the 12-month mark), on a sliding scale:

• Within the first 3 months — 50% of the outstanding balance
• 3 to 6 months — 30%
• 6 to 9 months — 20%
• 9 to 12 months — 10%
• After 12 months — free, cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice

And before it ever gets to a cancellation: if something’s gone wrong, tell me — I’ll do everything I can to put it right first. The relationship matters more than the fee.

Fees already paid for past months aren’t refunded, and part-months aren’t refunded pro rata. When hosting ends, the deliverables you’ve paid for in full are yours to take — see the ownership section of the terms.

How to cancel or ask for a refund

Email alfie@agc-media.com from the address you ordered with, and say what you want to cancel. I’ll confirm what applies and act on it within five working days. Refunds go back to the card that paid.
