What’s in the report
Five pillars. Every one scored out of 100.
The five pillars
Pillar 01Design & Interactivity
Whether a stranger can tell what you do in five seconds, whether the layout leads anywhere, whether your best page is a dead end.
Pillar 02Copy & Messaging
Whether you’re talking about yourself or about them. I count it — literally, word by word. Across the sites I’ve audited, “we” outnumbers “you” by «N» to one on average.
Pillar 03SEO & Visibility
Titles, meta, headings, schema, whether Google can tell where you are — and whether ChatGPT and Perplexity can read your site at all.
Pillar 04Trust & Conversion
Reviews, accreditations, real names, real faces, what happens if it goes wrong, and whether you have a privacy policy.
Pillar 05Mobile Experience
Real measured load time on a phone. Whether your number is tappable. Whether the form brings up the right keyboard.
Every finding comes with three things: a screenshot of the exact problem on your site, one paragraph on what it’s costing you in plain terms, and a specific fix.
Not “improve your calls to action”. More like: “Your hero button says CONTACT US and your six service cards all say LEARN MORE. Replace the hero with the outcome the visitor came for, and rewrite each card to name the specific thing behind it.”
